Beef Teriyaki

Beef Teriyaki is our Japanese-inspired take on a comfort classic. 

We slow-sear beef cuts to a deep crust, then fold them into a house teriyaki glaze built from soy sauce, mirin, sake, and dark brown sugar. Instead of cream, we use ultra-smooth white bean purée to create a “cremoso” body that clings to every strand of beef and roasted vegetable.

Carrots and Broccoli are roasted to stay slightly firm, so when you reheat from frozen they finish at perfect tenderness—never mushy. The result is a substantial, sauce-rich brick that transforms into a complete meal base in minutes: spoon it over rice, noodles, grains, or vegetables and you’re done.
